Who ships your order, which bundles include free delivery, and what to do when a parcel is late.
Orders are shipped by the seller, not by this website. Free US shipping is included on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles. Single-bottle orders are charged shipping separately, which is worth factoring into the per-bottle comparison.
Who ships your order
The official seller handles fulfilment, dispatch, tracking and delivery. We are an independent editorial site and have no access to order or shipping systems. We cannot look up a parcel, change an address or expedite anything.
Free shipping
Included on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle bundles for US addresses, per the seller's stated terms. The single-bottle option carries shipping on top of the $79 bottle price, so the effective cost of trying one bottle is higher than the headline figure suggests.
Dispatch and delivery
Supplement orders of this kind are typically dispatched within one to two business days and delivered domestically within about five to seven business days, though this varies by carrier, destination and season. The seller's checkout page states the current estimate for your address, and that estimate is the one to rely on.
Tracking
A tracking number is normally emailed once your order ships. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder first — shipping notifications end up there routinely. If there is still nothing, contact the seller using your order confirmation.
International orders
Availability outside the United States depends on the seller and on local rules for importing dietary supplements. Where international shipping is offered, delivery takes longer and any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Check the terms at checkout before ordering from outside the US.
Wrong, damaged or missing orders
Contact the seller through your order confirmation as soon as you notice a problem, and include photographs of the packaging and its contents if anything is damaged. Do this promptly — claim windows for shipping problems are usually much shorter than the 60-day refund window.
Address accuracy
Check your delivery address carefully before confirming. Once an order is dispatched it usually cannot be redirected, and a parcel returned as undeliverable can take weeks to resolve.
A note on storage
When your order arrives, store it as the label directs — generally somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, and out of reach of children. Check the expiry date on arrival, particularly on a 6-bottle bundle you will be working through for six months.
