What we cannot help with
We are an independent editorial site, not the seller. We have no access to order records, payment details, shipping status or the refund system. That means we cannot look up your order, cancel it, change an address, process a refund or tell you where a parcel is — not because we would rather not, but because we genuinely have no visibility into any of it.
Where order questions actually go
Everything to do with an order you have placed goes to the seller, using the order confirmation email you received at checkout. That email contains your order number and the seller's own support contact, and it is the fastest route to a resolution. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder before anything else — order confirmations end up there routinely.
Refund requests

We cannot answer them, and it would be irresponsible to try. We are not clinicians.
